Vegetarian Shoes has been my top choice for vegan kicks for nearly six years. Their customer support is top-notch. Sure, the prices are a tad steep, but the quality makes it worth it, so I can live with that. Delivery is impressively quick from the UK to ROI, even post-Brexit.

I once got a pair that turned out to be larger than I thought, but since I just wear them at home, it’s not a huge issue. I’ll reach out to them next time about sizing for my upcoming order.

I got my veg supremes in the wrong size because of a picking mistake, but thankfully, they sorted it out fast and even refunded my return shipping. I'm really pleased with the customer service. Now, about the shoes—I'll be straight with you, they look great but were super uncomfortable at first. The heel counter is too high and really digs into my ankles. I swapped out the insoles for some thicker, better ones, and that lifted my foot up enough that now they're actually comfy. I wear them almost every day. Just a heads up, make sure to grab some good insoles to go with them, or you might end up feeling let down (especially with the veg supremes).

I got myself a pair of their work boots, and it felt like I was walking on concrete. The faux leather began to peel and resembled cardboard after just a few weeks. I usually try to back vegan products, but I had to quit using these because my feet were hurting way too much. I honestly felt cheated; they were even marketed as having a cushioned sole, which was just a total falsehood.

Five years back, I picked up two pairs of these boots. I’ve been wearing them daily for more than two years since they were my only footwear at that time. I’ve trudged through mud, sand, snow, and countless puddles in them. They even held up during hikes in marshy areas while keeping my feet nice and dry! I don’t use them as much these days, but they’re still my go-to for special occasions due to their toughness. The grip on the sole is solid. Honestly, I’m not too fussed about them, but they’ve aged nicely, just a few minor scratches here and there. The Vegetan micro material is as tough and water-resistant as advertised, and it really does hold up over time. I reckon these boots will last me another five years, at least.

This is my second time grabbing shoes from this shop, and I couldn't be more thrilled 😍. The craftsmanship is evident, and they look stunning while being super comfy. I found one of the few vegan women's work boots with a steel toe, but it's pretty stiff and not comfy at all. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend purchasing anything if you're in the US because their return policy is terrible. You’ll likely pay more in shipping to send it back than what you’d get refunded, and these boots aren’t exactly cheap. So, if you're in the US, just know that all sales are final. It’s better to look for another brand that has a more customer-friendly return policy. It’s a bummer, really. I was so pumped to finally get a pair of vegan work boots after searching for ages, but I ended up picking the wrong company.

I recently picked up a pair of Veggie Trekkers. They appear to be well-constructed and durable. They fit true to size. Right from the start, they were comfortable, and I didn’t need to break them in. I’ve splashed through plenty of water in them, and they’ve stayed completely waterproof up to now. I've had them for a couple of months, and they've seen a fair bit of use (a few miles each day), but no serious hikes yet. No issues at all. I’ll check back in a few months if anything comes up, but for now, I’d totally recommend them.

I got these over 5 years back, and they still seem brand new! Normally, shoes don’t last long for me, but these have been my go-to for festivals, rainforests, formal gatherings, and more. There was this one time I was hitchhiking and camping out, wearing them for over 100 hours straight, and they really held up—sturdy, waterproof, and comfy. Plus, my style has shifted quite a bit in the last five years, but these boots are still in my regular rotation. Totally worth every penny!

I picked up a couple of belts, and they were really nice, but they ended up being a bit tight for my waist. The team was super helpful in sorting out replacement belts, even when my return went missing in the mail! I usually don’t write reviews, but I’d totally shop here again. I got the Airseal boots (10-eye / purple / steel-toe) and they are just fantastic! Honestly, I thought they’d be a pain until I broke them in, but I slipped them on right away and wore them for 4 hours straight, and I’ve been wearing them every day since. I’m on my feet all day, and they’re super comfy and tough, plus I absolutely love the purple color. (And I've got plenty of fans, both veggies and non-veggies!) No way anyone would pick Doc Martens over these if they gave them a shot! Big thanks from me and my happy feet! I’m thinking about getting all your shoes now...

I’m really thrilled to have a pair of Vegetarian Shoes boots at last. I just got myself a set of their Euro Safety Boots and I’m super happy with them. They’re cozy, soft, and seem like they’ll break in real easy. The whole shopping process was a breeze and the delivery was speedy. I’m quite impressed with their eco-friendly packaging, which had zero plastic. The shoebox was made of cardboard, and the bag they came in was paper. I’ll definitely be shopping with Vegetarian Shoes again and will tell anyone who’s after leather alternatives to check them out.

These boots are top-notch! I've got a pair of Snugg boots, Gobi 2 boots, and Pinatex Snugg boots, and let me tell ya, they’re all high quality, durable, and super comfy. I did get a pair that was faulty, but I reached out to Vegetarian Shoes, and they swapped them out and even covered the return shipping. Honestly, I can't find anything wrong with this company or their products, and I'm planning to grab another pair for my collection next Christmas. My Snugg boots have held up for 2 years, I've trekked hundreds of miles in them, and they’re just now starting to show a bit of wear. Totally recommend them!

I got the Amy sandal for my new job shoes (being a nurse). They fit wide, but that wasn’t mentioned anywhere. When I tried to send them back, I found there was no return label. So, not only did I have to fork out for shipping initially, but I also had to cover the cost to return them! Plus, their product advertising was pretty poor. I won’t be shopping with them again! I found a similar pair for £35 at Schuh, and they included free delivery and a return label.

These shoes are pretty nice, but honestly, they cost way too much for what you get. The idea is solid, and there are some cool designs, but not harming animals doesn’t really make it right to charge folks such a steep price. It’s a bummer that these are more of a middle-class item and not something everyone can get.

The quality isn't great for what I paid. I got some hiking boots, hoping they’d be a solid buy, but they fell apart on me. Took them to a repair shop, and the guy said they’re really poorly made, so even if he fixes them, they’ll just fall apart again. Plus, shipping costs were pretty high, and I ended up paying twice because the sizes were off. I'm really let down and wouldn't suggest these to anyone!
